14-day refunds
If you're not happy with an ebook or PDF bought on levigwilder.com, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
How to ask
Orders on this site are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and Paddle issues the refund. You can:
- Request it at paddle.net using the email from your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email; or
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll arrange it with Paddle.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. How long they take to show depends on your bank or card provider.
Other stores
Purchases on Google Play Books or Gumroad follow those platforms' refund rules. If you have trouble there, email us and we'll help where we can.
